Server Detail Information Guide
Learn how to manage real-time performance metrics, hardware specifications, process lists, and event history for a specific server.
📋 Overview
The Server Detail page is a space where you can conduct an in-depth analysis of all status information for an individual server. Administrators can diagnose and take action on server issues in real-time through the web console without a remote connection.
🔍 Key Information Tabs
1. Real-time Monitoring (Performance)
- Resource Graphs: Displays CPU, Memory, Network Traffic, and Disk I/O as real-time line graphs.
- Top Processes: Shows the top 10 processes currently consuming the most resources.
2. Hardware & OS Information
- Check the CPU model, RAM capacity, Kernel version, and Vendor information.
- For physical servers, the connected [Rack and Unit] location information is displayed.
3. Process Management
- Query the entire list of processes running on the server.
- Select a specific process to send
(Terminate) orTerm
(Force Stop) commands to the agent.Kill
4. Web Terminal (Web Shell)
- Access the server terminal directly from the browser to execute commands without a separate SSH client. (Permissions may be restricted based on security policy.)
5. Connected Databases
- Lists databases that have their Gateway set to this server in the Database Management settings.
- View the database name, type, host, and connection status at a glance.
- Use the Details link for each entry to navigate to the database detail page.
🛠️ Control Features
- Modify Server Tags: Add or delete management tags.
- Event History: Check the history of recent alarms and agent command receipts that occurred on the server in chronological order.
💡 Important Notes
- Metric Latency: Graphs may be displayed with a delay of 1-3 seconds depending on the network status.
- Permissions: Terminating processes and using the Web Shell requires
permissions or higher.Project Admin
